Here is the drink to make  ;

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled water
  2. 3 small teaspoon turmeric 
  3. 4 cm grated ginger
  4.  lemon juice (half cup)
  5.  orange (half cup)

Procedure:
Blend it all and strain it into a bottle. 


One glass a day, will keep cold and flus away, it will also help to  get your stomach back in balance.
