The making of this special Scallop Kebabs is one of the simplest meal you can make over this weekend. Add a touch of alcohol, and you have a zesty combination, served with cocktails, then no one can definitely resist this wonderful invented special dish. Delicious and yummy!
|Special scallop kebabs with Beer/Ale/malt|
500 g scallops
1 cup brewed ale/beer/malt (Optional)
4 garlic cloves
1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon chili
1 small onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Refrigerate covered for one hour or more.
Place a few scallops on each skewer.
Grill on BBQ over medium heat for around 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and pouring over reserved marinade.
Serve with your choice of cocktail!!
