|Banana and Pineapple smoothie topped with Honey|
Last weekend , I made this gorgeous and delicious smoothie drink and I totally loved it.
Here is how I made my perfect smoothie:
( The last two ingredients are Optional,ideal especially for those considering weight loss)
In a blender, add all the ingredients , pour in some of the pineapple juice to allow for easy blending. Puree on high till smooth. For better results, use a fruit juice maker or smoothie blender.
Tip: If your blender cant crush ice, then chill the smoothie drink in a fridge and serve cold.
Pour into cocktails mugs , drizzle some honey on the drink, this gives it amber colored design and improves the richness of the drink.
The banana and pineapple smoothie contains all the nutrients that helps to improve skin color, aids digestion and weight shedding. It fills you up with or without solid meal.
