The annual tradefair organised by the Lagos chamber of commerce and Industry has come and gone, but in case you missed it , here are pictures and highlights of the 10 Day event.
Countries: China, Egypt, Cameroon, Togo, Lebanon and Benin
Lagos Ministries: Industries, commerce, Housing, Internal revenue
Federal agencies: Corporate affairs commission ( Onsite registration of businesses)
Companies: Master Furniture, Total, Dangote, Viva Furniture, Isuzu, Hyundai, Unilever, Mouka Foam, Vita foam,
Sme associations; Nasme
Small and medium scale enterprises and Individuals.
Features and cost :
Adequate Security : You must have a ticket (N200) at every single entry or an exhibitor tag (N2000) before you can be allowed into the trade fair zone.
Parking :VVIP (N1500) iinside the trade fair complex and lasts for the whole period of the event or regular parking (N500) daily.
Stands : Normal space is sold at N180,000, but tou can get a larger space or shared space (50,000- N3,00,000). Stands can be constructed with wood or covered with canopy or built as Marquees.
Entertainment: Lots of crowd pleasing action, children fairs, dances, mimers, acrobatic displays and blaring of loud music. Each paid entertainer or sales agent try different antics to sell their products or to get a client to visit their stand.

Clothing (New and Old)
1. Lots of networking opportunities, between manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, business associates and clients.
2. Employment especially to truck pushers (Who make an average N2000- N5000 daily) , marketers who are hired daily on Salary (N500-N1500, depending on negotiation) or commission basis.
3. Avenue to advertise products, collect potential customers lists/names/contacts, launch new products, obtain product feed back and interact with other business companies.

The Tafawa balewa square , venue of the event is in the Heart of Lagos Island and is managed by Bhs services , though the stand concessions are given out by LCCI.
The corpaortae trade fair was held at the Eko hotels and suites, Victoria Island.
